CoupleZ Support

For account, pairing, subscription, notification, or privacy help, email support@couplez.cc. Include a description and your iOS version, but never send passwords, Apple verification codes, or payment information.

Subscription help

Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases inside CoupleZ if you previously paid.

Delete an account

Open CoupleZ → Profile → Delete Account. This removes your account and associated content as explained in the app.
